EXPERT GUIDANCE
Clear answers on choosing a device, understanding light wavelengths, and building a consistent at-home routine.
Yes — the Omega LED device is specifically designed for safe, effective at-home use. It uses clinically studied, non-UV LED wavelengths, meaning it does not damage the skin or carry the risks associated with UV exposure.
The technology is based on the same light therapy used in professional clinics, but engineered for controlled, consistent use at home. When used as directed, it is safe for regular treatments without supervision.
No. The Omega LED device uses non-UV light only, making it safe for regular use without the risks associated with ultraviolet exposure. It is designed for skin rejuvenation — not skin damage.
Most users begin to notice improvements in skin tone, clarity, and texture within 3–6 weeks of consistent use. Deeper benefits such as wrinkle reduction and collagen support continue improving over time.
Yes—but timing and product type matter.
For most sessions, use the Omega LED device on clean, dry, product-free skin so creams, oils, sunscreen and other products do not sit between the LED light and your skin.
The only skincare products recommended for use during a session are sheet masks specifically designed for the Omega LED device, such as the O’Melon Omega Returning Core Sheet Mask. Its light-compatible construction is designed to allow the LED light to reach the skin while supporting hydration and comfort. Standard sheet masks are not necessarily made for LED use and may interfere with light exposure.
After your session, you can apply your preferred serums or moisturizer. Avoid applying retinol (vitamin A) or other potentially irritating or photosensitizing products before treatment.
Yes. The device includes 850nm near-infrared light, which works beneath the skin’s surface to support cellular repair and recovery. While it is invisible to the eye, it is always active when using red light mode, enhancing overall treatment effectiveness.
Protective eyewear is recommended when treating the face to ensure maximum comfort. While the device is safe, the brightness of LED light can be intense for the eyes over time.
For best results, use the device 3–5 times per week for 10–20 minutes per area. After the initial 6–8 weeks, most users maintain results with 2–3 sessions per week.
Consistency is what drives visible skin improvement.
Red light is best for wrinkles and yellow for rosacea. You can use red light for moderate rosacea as well.
Green light is recommended for age spots and hyperpigmentation.
Yes. The Omega LED device is designed for face, neck, and body treatments, unlike traditional masks that are limited to the face. This allows for more versatile and efficient use across different areas.
