At Luminmax LED, we are committed to providing high-quality products and customer service. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund and return policy below.
30-Day Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be unused and in the same condition in which it was received
- Be returned in its original packaging
- Include all original accessories and components
- Include proof of purchase or order confirmation
Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
How to Initiate a Return
Returns can be initiated in either of the following ways:
Option 1 — Customer Account Portal
Customers may initiate a return by logging into their customer account using the same email address used during checkout.
Option 2 — Contact Our Support Team
You may also contact us directly at contact@luminmaxled.com with your order number and reason for the return request.
Once the return request is reviewed and approved, return instructions will be provided.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless otherwise stated by Luminmax LED.
We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as Luminmax LED is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged return shipments.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
International Returns & Customs Fees
For all international returns, customers are fully responsible for:
- Return shipping costs
- Customs duties
- Import taxes
- Brokerage fees
- Carrier processing fees
- Any additional charges associated with returning the package to the United States.
International return shipments should be clearly declared with the shipping carrier and customs as “Returned Goods” or “Return Merchandise” in order to help avoid additional import duties and customs charges upon re-entry into the United States.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all customs documentation is completed correctly before shipment.
Any international return packages sent with unpaid customs charges, duties, taxes, or fees billed to Luminmax LED may be refused or deducted from the final refund amount.
Refund Process
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within approximately 15 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution or payment provider.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@luminmaxled.com and include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
We will review the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Please do not discard the product or packaging until the issue has been reviewed by our support team.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable:
- Opened or used products
- Gift cards
- Items returned without approval
- Items returned damaged due to improper packaging by the customer
