Luminmax LED Shipping Policy
Luminmax LED processes and ships orders Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). This Shipping Policy outlines estimated processing times, delivery timelines, and shipping costs for U.S. and international orders.
Order Processing Time: Processing (handling) time is 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri) before shipment. Order cutoff time is 4:00 PM ET (GMT-5). Orders placed after the cutoff may begin processing the next business day. Note: Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.
U.S. Shipping: Estimated delivery time (after shipment) is 2–5 business days (standard). Shipping cost is shown at checkout (some orders may qualify for free U.S. standard shipping depending on your current offer).
International Shipping: Yes — we ship internationally. Estimated international delivery time (after shipment) is 10–12 business days. International shipping cost typically ranges from $30–$50 USD. The exact international shipping rate is calculated and displayed at checkout once items are in the cart and the shipping address is entered. International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or brokerage fees determined by the destination country. These fees are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Tracking: Tracking is provided when available. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues: Please verify your shipping address before placing an order. If an order is returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address, we may need to charge an additional shipping fee to reship. If your package is marked “delivered” by the carrier but you haven’t received it, contact us and we’ll help you troubleshoot with the carrier.
Changes & Cancellations: If you need to update your shipping address or request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, we may be unable to change or cancel it.
