Treat blemished skin daily with blue light therapy. Using circular or back and forth motion for even light distribution. Start from jawbone to cheekbone (both sides) then moving towards the forehead and T-zone area. Treat each area of concern for 4 minutes. It can be used 3-4 times per week.
