Turn on the device. Place the tool directly on the skin, beginning on the first treatment area. Move the tool slowly over the skin in a circular or sweeping motion for three minutes. When you will hear a soft tone, the tool will shut off. Turn the tool back on, and repeat on all areas of the face you desire to treat.
